Cap Cana sits on the easternmost tip of the Dominican Republic, minutes from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) — one of the most-connected airports in the Caribbean, with nonstop service from dozens of North American and European cities. Inside the gates: two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, a deep-water marina, branded resorts and residences, and some of the region's best beaches.

After twenty years of development, Cap Cana has matured into an established address — and, according to its official sales team, more than 90% of all community property has now been sold.

Marriott's flagship luxury resort and branded residences opened in 2026 — ~200 ocean-view rooms, 70 residences and a roster of dining venues.

Thousands of units built — and selling out

Cap Cana's residential base had grown to roughly 5,380 delivered units with ~1,220 more under construction as of a 2023 market tally — alongside thousands of hotel rooms. Yet demand has kept pace: the official Cap Cana team reports 90%+ of community property sold.

Active and recently sold-through projects include the Las Iguanas residences (a ~380-apartment, 20-villa development), Bonita Golf Residence (160 apartments, completing 2026), Wave Garden (296 apartments) and the St. Regis Residences (70 units) — with more than ten developments underway.
